Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the EarthWorx Land Management website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website.

Services

EarthWorx Land Management provides forestry mulching, land clearing, and related land management services in Northern Kentucky, Greater Cincinnati, and Southeast Indiana. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and a signed service agreement.

Estimates and Pricing

Estimates provided are based on our assessment of the project scope at the time of the estimate. Final pricing may vary if conditions differ from what was assessed. Any changes will be communicated and approved before additional work begins.

Limitation of Liability

EarthWorx Land Management is fully insured. Our liability is limited to the scope of the service agreement. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, underground utilities not properly marked, or acts of nature.
